Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, we typically do not offer refunds. However, you need to meet our criteria to be eligible for refunds:
- You should have 50% completion on all modules within the learning program (share screenshots with us)
- You should apply for refund within 7 days from the date of purchase
Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
